As a Product Designer at Spond, you'll play a critical role in shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences for iOS, Android, and web platforms. You’ll take ownership of designs from initial concepts to final implementation, leveraging user insights and data to drive decisions. While this role offers significant responsibility and leadership opportunities, we’re open to candidates with varying levels of experience who demonstrate the skills and drive to excel.

Your Role:

• Lead and contribute to UX/UI design across Spond's platforms, ensuring cohesive, user-friendly, and high-quality solutions.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable design improvements.
• Develop prototypes and iterate rapidly to test and validate ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and deliver features.
• Create design specifications and oversee their implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Design information architecture that improves usability and navigation for our users.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience designing interactive solutions for iOS, Android, and web platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of design tools, processes, and best practices.
• Technical understanding and experience working closely with development teams.
• Strong aesthetic sense combined with a focus on usability and functionality.
• Experience in planning and conducting user research, as well as testing and validating design solutions.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is a requirement for this role.
