Spond app is used by more than 3M users on a monthly basis, more than 1M of these in the Norwegian market. This positions Spond as a significant player in the ad space and to empower our investments in this area we are now seeking an experienced account manager with a “can do" attitude to help us monetize on our unique user base globally.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.Ability to communicate in Norwegian and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Google Ads account management.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high quality work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, organization, communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills

Advertisers that partner with Spond are primarily through the major international media agencies. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Sponds key clients and understand how our range of ads-product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
This team supports the growth of the Brand Partnership business of key large advertisers in Norway and internationally where Spond has operating business (UK/DACH/US. In this role, you'll engage in dynamic work involving numerous internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of making a significant impact for our advertisers/agencies and Spond. The role reports to Head of Sales - Brand Partnerships
Responsibilities
Be a trusted business partner for client marketing solutions.
Provide excellent customer service to Spond advertisers, identify, and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to optimize client campaign results.
Optimize Spond ads through Google Ad Manager and other marketing solutions, in order to maximize results for advertisers
Leverage resources, including optimization, marketing, and technical support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
Strategy & measurement, and optimization - outlines measurement solutions and appropriate campaign recommendation based upon key KPI's
Analyze ad performance data to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
